Apple’s iPad was far and away the highest-selling tablet computer in the United States in early 2012, according to The Washington Post. Despite its dominance in the market, there are a number of alternatives to iPad, including the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 7.7, two devices sold by Samsung.
