If you don’t want to talk to someone, Verizon Wireless allows you to lock out specific numbers from calling your phone. The number of phone numbers you can block and how long the blocks last depends on whether you have a feature called Usage Controls on your account. Accounts without the Usage Controls feature can lock out up to five numbers for a maximum of 90 days.
