Most buttons on websites fall into one of two categories – images styled to look like buttons or HTML form buttons. You can place either type into your WordPress header if you wish. The process is similar for both methods and involves editing your template files to paste the button code into your header. After you do this, the button will appear on every page of your WordPress site.
