Click “Start | Control Panel | Programs | Programs and Features.” Select “Microsoft FrontPage” from the list of programs installed on your computer. Click the “Uninstall” button at the top of the list. Windows will ask if you are sure you want to uninstall the program. Click “Yes.” Windows will uninstall the program. Navigate to the FrontPage folder in Windows explorer, located in “C:\Program Files,” and delete the folder named “Microsoft FrontPage 2003,” if it still exists.
