Tap the arrow on the bottom-left side of the home screen to open the “All Programs” drawer, then tap “Settings.” If your Android phone has a physical “Menu” button on the control panel, you can also press it to access the Settings menu. Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and tap the “Screen Timeout” icon. Choose the period of inactivity required to turn off your Android phone’s screen.
