Updated February 10, 2017 Click “Start” to access your start menu. Scroll down and select “Settings.” Scroll down and select “More” until you see “Regional Settings,” and click on it. Select your language and your locale (optional). Setting the locale will display the date and time in the proper regional format (Ex: 21/3/2009 or 3/21/2009). Click “OK” to confirm. Reset your device for the changes to take effect.
